Please help me out here, my memory is not the best, and I'm really stressed this week.

I seem to recall Hodgie (Nicodemus) saying that you could spends Pool Points to increase the PSU value of a Source. Am I remembering correctly, and if so, what value of increased PSU would be rendered per Pool Point?

Also, do the pools have to match? If I want to expand a farming Resource, must I spend points from my Hunting/farming Pool, or could I use my Herbal pool as well?

Yes you can expand a PSU source. The source must of course be already there (at least 1 psu still in it) you must use the same pool to expand it at a rate of 1 pool per 2 PSU. Its rather inefficient, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Just confirming - Sal's correct.

You must use the associated refining pool,
and for each point you spend, you increase your PSU ammount by 2 points.

It is very inefficent, but it reflects (in my mind) the fact that you are spending extra time
and not wasting a single useful bit of what you are finding / growing / digging ...
